A good-faith draft describing how Softa actually works today — not a substitute for review by a lawyer licensed in your jurisdiction before commercial launch.

What Softa is

A tracking and pattern-recognition tool for perimenopause symptoms, cycle changes, sleep and mood. It is not a medical device — see our medical disclaimer.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person; you can delete it at any time.

Subscriptions

Plans and pricing are shown and managed entirely through the App Store or Google Play once the app is available there — not on this website. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through the store you subscribed with.

Acceptable use

Softa is for personal, individual use. Don't use it to try to diagnose or treat anyone other than yourself, or to provide medical advice to others.

Changes

We'll update these terms as the product changes, and note the date below when we do.
