Consumer Health Data Policy

Some jurisdictions (e.g. Washington State's My Health My Data Act) require a dedicated consumer health data policy, separate from a general privacy policy, with its own consent and deletion-rights language. Whether that applies to Softa is a question for a lawyer, not something to answer here without review — so this page holds a placeholder, not generated legal text, until that review happens.

For what Softa actually collects, why, and who it's shared with today, see our Privacy Policy — that document is real, current, and already covers health data specifically. This page will carry the jurisdiction-specific consumer health data disclosures once written and reviewed, and will replace this notice with an effective date at that point.
