Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Softa account and everything tied to it at any time — no support request needed, and you don't need to be signed in on this page to find out how.

Send the request from your account's email address with the subject line "Delete my account". We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, per GDPR.
What gets deleted
- Your account — email, name, and login
- All symptom, cycle, sleep and mood logs
- Body map entries
- Journal notes
- HRT / medication (therapy) entries
- Check-ins and onboarding assessment answers
- Your push notification token
Analytics we collect are anonymous and tied to a random on-device identifier, never to your account or email — see our privacy policy, section 9. There is nothing account-linked there to delete.
This does not cancel a subscription
Deleting your account removes your data, but it does not cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription — those are billed directly by Apple or Google, and only they can stop future charges. Cancel there first if you don't want to be billed again:
