Visit Pack
Walk into your appointment with proof
“It's probably just stress” is a lot easier to say to someone with a vague complaint than to someone holding six weeks of dated, specific symptom data. The Visit Pack is that second version of you.

The problem: 10 minutes and “it's probably stress”
Most appointments give you a few minutes to describe weeks or months of symptoms from memory, under pressure, sometimes to a doctor who's never had perimenopause training. Vague, half-remembered complaints get dismissed easily. Specific, dated data is much harder to wave away.
What's actually inside the Visit Pack
A one-page summary built entirely from what you've already logged — no extra data entry required. It includes:
- Your top symptoms by frequency, with real counts
- Trends — what's gotten more frequent, less frequent, or stayed the same
- Recent cycle history, in the same real-dates-no-predictions format as the rest of the app
- Current medications or HRT, if you're tracking them
- A short list of questions worth asking, based on what you've logged
How the summary gets written
Your Visit Pack is built entirely from what you've already logged — no extra data entry required. The wording comes from a deterministic local template, or, where it helps write a more natural summary, from Anthropic's Claude model. Either way, the only thing that can ever leave your device is a short aggregate — your top symptom counts, and whether you've felt dismissed by a doctor before — never your name, email, or raw notes. See exactly what's shared below.
Rehearsal: what to say if you're dismissed again
Being dismissed once makes the next appointment harder, not easier. The Visit Pack includes a short set of ready phrases for the moment a concern gets brushed off — not a script to memorize, just something to have in your pocket so the conversation doesn't end there.
A living dossier that only grows
Readiness builds with every log you make — there's no reset, no starting over before each appointment. The Visit Pack you generate the week before a visit reflects everything you've tracked since you started, not just the last few days.
How you share it, and what stays private
Export the Visit Pack as a document you control — print it, show it on your phone, or send it however you'd send any file. Softa doesn't send anything to your doctor's office directly, and nothing about the Visit Pack changes what's described in our privacy policy.
Questions
Do I need to do anything extra to build a Visit Pack?
No — it's generated from what you've already logged. There's no separate data-entry step.
Does building a Visit Pack send my raw notes to a third party?
No. At most, a short aggregate (top symptom counts and a yes/no about feeling dismissed before) goes to Anthropic to help write the summary — never your name, email, or written notes. A template built with nothing sent anywhere is always the fallback.
Can my doctor tell I used an app to make this?
The Visit Pack is designed to read like a clear personal summary, not an app export — it's meant to be useful in the room, not to announce itself.
What if I haven't logged much yet?
The Visit Pack works with whatever you have — even a few logged symptoms with dates is more specific than most appointments start with. It gets more useful the longer you track, but there's no minimum to use it.
