If you've started HRT or another treatment with your doctor, the useful record is simple: what you take, when you take it, and how you feel. Softa keeps that record next to your symptoms, ready for your next appointment.
Keep your treatment in one place
Add what you've been prescribed — the medication name, the dose in your own words, and the form (patch, pill, cream, gel, ring or other). It sits next to your symptom logs, so the two can be read together instead of living in a notes app and a pharmacy bag.
Log a dose in one tap
Tap once when you've taken it. If you told Softa how much supply you have left, each tap counts it down, so a refill request happens before you run out rather than the day after.
Write down side effects while you remember them
Log how strong a side effect was on a 1–5 scale with an optional note, tied to the treatment it's connected to. In a follow-up appointment, “I felt off for a week” becomes a dated record you can actually show.
Stop or switch without losing history
When a treatment ends, mark it discontinued — it stays in your history instead of vanishing, which is what a doctor wants to see when deciding what to try next.
What this feature deliberately doesn't do
Softa never suggests a dose, never tells you to skip or double a dose, and never checks for drug interactions. Those are your doctor's or pharmacist's call, always — the app's job is recording what you're already doing and taking, not directing it.

Questions
Can Softa tell me if my dose is right?
No — dosing decisions are always your doctor's or pharmacist's call. Softa records what you're taking and how you feel; it never recommends a dose.
Does it check for interactions with my other medications?
No. For any interaction question, your pharmacist can check how your medications work together — that's outside what a tracking app should attempt.
Does it send me reminders to take my medication, or track more than one at once?
Not yet — both are coming soon. Right now you log a dose for one treatment when you take it, and reminders, when they ship, will only ever be opt-in.
Where is my treatment data stored, and who sees it?
It's part of your account data, protected the same way as your symptom logs, never sold and never shared with advertisers. See our privacy promise for exactly what is shared with whom.
