Subscriptions are sold and billed entirely through the App Store or Google Play — Softa never processes payment directly, so cancellation and refunds go through the store you subscribed with, not through us.

Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely by Apple or Google, not by Softa directly — cancel from your device's subscription settings (steps below), not inside the app. Softa can't cancel it for you since we never have access to that control.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, since they process the payment. Request one through the App Store or Play Store's own refund flow — Softa doesn't have the ability to issue refunds directly.
How do I restore a purchase after reinstalling?
Open Settings inside Softa and tap Restore Purchases. This reconnects your active subscription to your account without charging you again.
How do I delete my account and data?
Settings → Delete account, inside the app. This is immediate and permanent — every log, entry and answer tied to your account is removed, not just deactivated.
Can I export my data first?
Yes — Settings → Export data gives you a file with everything tied to your account, any time, whether or not you're about to delete it.
Is Softa medical advice?
